Our system uses web scrappers on many of our linked vendors. That's a fancy way of saying we use your login credentials automate what you would do if you were getting all of this information yourself from your vendor and we store it in Ordo.

A web scrapper may take up to one day to scrape all the orders from a site for a variety of reasons. Depending on the size of the site and the number of items we are scrapping on your behalf, there could be hundreds or thousands of orders, invoices and items with pricing that need to be scraped, which can require a significant amount of time to complete. Additionally, many sites have rate limits in place that limit how much data and information can be pulled at once, which can further slow down the scraping process. Depending on the resources available and how many requests are made per second, it could easily take an entire day or longer for a scrapper to complete its job.
